  • How do i request a quote?
    If you would like a quote please use our book online feature, this will tell you our up to date availability and also allow you to create your own package with instant pricing. If you would prefer we can also provide a quote via email, please get in touch at or call us on 01202 028076.
  • Does the price include delivery and set-up?
    Sure does! All of our pricing is inclusive of delivery and collection within a 10 mile radius of our base (BH9 2SE). For distances not covered in this radius we charge a small fee to cover our additonal transportation costs. Our team of experts install the props in your chosen position in a safe and timely manner, and hire of all additional equipment (additional extension cords etc.) is included as part of your booking cost. We can also service most of the uk, the travel cost is calcualted within our online booking system once you input your venue address but if you'd like a more detailed breakdown of costs please get in touch!
  • How long is the hire period?
    The prices shown on our online booking system are based on a 6 hour evening hire period. We can absolutely hire out our props for longer and there are options on our online booking system to add as much additional time as you need. Alternatively please contact our team directly to arrange a quote here.
  • Can the letters be set up outside?
    Definitely! Our goal is to try and make your vision come true! However if we are facing heavy wind or rain, we may have to put them in a sheltered position to ensure the safety of the props and most importantly, you and your guests. When going outside, we just need to ensure that they are going on a solid, flat ground for safety reasons, and most importantly – our set-up team need to be aware of an outdoor set-up prior to the event so we can bring the correct equipment. Please note that all of our props are run by mains electric, so we will require a power socket within easy reach of your chosen set up site.
  • Can I pick up the letters and set them up myself?
    Unfortunately due to insurance reasons only our team can offer the delivery and collection service, but fear not – our hire fee is inclusive of this service with a super generous delivery/collection radius.
  • Can I arrange an ‘after hours’ delivery or collection?
    Yes, The Big Letter Company is operational 7 days a week and offers a 24 hour service. Our standard delivery hours are 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 9am til 2pm Sundays. If you require delivery or collection outside of our normal delivery hours, there will be an additional fee. Please speak to our team for a quote or check out our prices via our online booking system.
